Sometimes, life has a funny way of bringing two people together—and our story is no exception. We first connected on Hinge, completely unaware that our paths had actually crossed long before. It turns out some of my (Pooja’s) friends went to both elementary and high school with Pranav—and if that wasn’t wild enough, I later realized I had even seen him at a friend’s birthday party when I was sixteen!

I (Pooja) grew up in Minnesota and moved to North Carolina for school, while Pranav was also living in Minnesota at the time. We started talking online and spent three months getting to know each other before finally meeting in person. When things in North Carolina weren’t quite working out, I decided it was time to move back home—and that’s when everything really fell into place. From that moment on, we’ve been inseparable.

Since then, life together has been full of little adventures—hiking new trails, trying out new restaurants, and spending cozy nights in with takeout and a good movie. We love exploring new places, laughing over the smallest things, and finding joy in the everyday moments that make our relationship so special.

In 2025, we got engaged—a moment that still feels surreal. Shortly after, Pranav moved to Chicago for his job, and I’ll be joining him soon as we start this exciting new chapter together. We can’t wait to build a home filled with love and laughter, travel to new places, and continue creating memories side by side.
